Ovia Group is a Liverpool energy and decarbonisation consultancy. We run electricity and gas tenders, install EV and fleet charging and develop battery storage for schools, venues, businesses and public bodies.
EV charger installation
Workplace, school and fleet depot charging, from AC to rapid DC. We survey the site, manage the grant and install the chargers. A maintenance agreement keeps them working after handover.
Fleet electrification
Depot charging for vans, HGVs and coaches, planned around the duty cycle and the grid connection, with the Depot Charging Scheme application managed for you.
Battery storage and charging hubs
Battery storage and charging hubs start with the grid connection. We assess capacity, size the system and build the business case. On larger sites we act as arranger, bringing the landowner, distribution network operator and delivery partners to the table.
Decarbonisation and net zero consultancy
Net zero strategy, carbon reporting, Carbon Reduction Plans, heat networks and energy strategy for estates, with tender and bid support under the Procurement Act 2023. Advice that names the next step, the cost and who does it.
Liverpool Experience Campus
Electricity and gas procurement for the home of M&S Bank Arena, ACC Liverpool and Exhibition Centre Liverpool, host of the 2026 Labour Party Conference.
Ovia Group designed the procurement, produced the full tender pack and ran the procedure through to award.

Schools and trusts
Academy trusts renewing an energy contract now have three buying routes. We explain all three, including the free one, and run the tender where that is the right answer. State-funded schools can also claim up to £2,000 per socket through the Workplace Charging Scheme until 31 March 2027.
